• Original Artwork: Ships within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted

• Made-to-Order Items (Wearable Art & Functional Art):
  Production time is approximately 3–4 weeks

• All items are securely packaged and shipped via trusted carriers

• Tracking information will be provided upon shipment

If your item arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 5 days of delivery

• Provide photos of the damage and packaging

• We will work with you on a resolution (replacement, repair, or refund)
